Reliable Head Protection Engineered for Industrial Hazard Zones
Skytech Ultrafab Industrial Safety Helmets protect workers from falling objects, impact, electrical hazards, and lateral compression in industrial plants, construction sites, and manufacturing facilities. Manufactured from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) with a robust 6-point polyamide suspension system, they comply with IS 2925 and EN 397 standards and are available with accessories including chin straps, face shields, and hearing protection adaptors.
What Is an Industrial Safety Helmet?
An Industrial Safety Helmet is a rigid headgear designed to absorb and dissipate the energy of falling objects and head impacts. The outer shell spreads the impact load over a wide area while the inner suspension system decelerates the shell, preventing the energy from being transmitted directly to the skull and brain. Modern safety helmets also incorporate electrical insulation properties, protecting wearers from accidental contact with live conductors up to 440V.
Industrial Safety Helmet
Features and Benefits
-
Impact-Resistant HDPE Shell:
High-density polyethylene outer shell absorbs and distributes impact energy from falling objects and accidental head collisions
-
6-Point Suspension System:
Polyamide 6-point cradle suspension provides consistent standoff distance between shell and skull, maximising impact energy absorption
-
Electrical Insulation:
Insulated to 440V AC (Class E) — protects workers from accidental contact with electrical conductors on industrial sites
-
Chin Strap Ready:
Moulded-in chin strap anchor points accept standard 2-point and 4-point chin straps for high-wind and elevated-work applications
-
Accessory Compatible:
Integrated slots on the shell rim accept branded face shield, earmuff, and lamp adaptor accessories without drilling
-
Ventilated Options:
Vented shell versions available for hot outdoor and foundry environments where thermal comfort is a priority
