What Are Vibro Sifter Sieves?
Vibro Sifter Sieves are circular wire mesh screens clamped into the frame of a vibratory (gyratory) sifter machine. As the machine vibrates, material fed onto the sieve surface is separated by size — particles smaller than the mesh aperture pass through and are collected as the product fraction, while oversize particles are retained on the screen surface and discharged separately. The wire mesh specification — aperture size, wire diameter, weave type — directly determines the classification efficiency and throughput of the sifter.
